wwinbd Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the wwinbd platform — this is a legal agreement between you and us.
Introduction and General Information
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the wwinbd platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between wwinbd ("Company", "we", "our") and any registered member ("user", "you").
wwinbd operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any game means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Important: wwinbd services are for individuals aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or participating in games by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Management
Registration Eligibility
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must register with accurate and truthful information.
- Each individual may hold a maximum of one account.
- Multiple accounts for the same device, IP address, or household members are not permitted.
- Accounts may not be transferred or shared with third parties.
Identity Verification (KYC)
- wwinbd may request documents for identity verification at any time.
- A National ID (NID), passport, or government-recognised identification may be required.
- Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed.
- Providing false information will result in immediate account closure.
- The Company reserves the right to investigate if any suspicious activity is detected.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
wwinbd supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Taka (BDT ৳).
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
- Only use payment accounts registered in your name.
- Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
- In case of any technical issues, please contact our support team.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will only be made to verified payment accounts.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
wwinbd follows international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. All transactions are monitored. If suspicious, unusual, or structured transactions are detected, the Company reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend transactions. If the source of funds cannot be verified, the account may be closed.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
wwinbd provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms and conditions apply to these offers.
Welcome Bonus Terms
New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. Bonus examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.
The wagering requirement to withdraw a bonus is 15 times (15x) the total bonus amount. The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering conditions — details will be provided at the time of the offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
- Any manipulation or system abuse to earn bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program Terms
wwinbd's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%.
- Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
- Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%.
Tier upgrades are based on regular participation and activity. The Company reserves the right to modify the details of VIP benefits.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games on wwinbd are conducted under impartial and fair play principles. The games available on the platform are developed by recognised game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and other established developers.
Permitted Activities
- Participating fairly in any available game.
- Placing bets in accordance with the platform's rules.
- Taking part in promotions in compliance with bonus terms and conditions.
- Resolving issues with the support team.
Prohibited Activities
- Playing games using any software, bots, or automated methods.
- Colluding with other users to collect bonuses.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an advantage.
- Fraudulent activities or cheating.
Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs during a game session (disconnection, server error, etc.), wwinbd reserves the right to review the outcome of that session. In the event of unintended wins or losses caused by technical errors, the Company's decision is final.
Betting Limits
wwinbd sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game. The limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. The Company reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
Prohibited Use and Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wwinbd platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Creating an account with fraudulent identity information.
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account.
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
- Hacking, data theft, or use of malware.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
If any prohibited activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately, all funds may be confiscated, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to view the platform's content for personal and non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, editing, or redistribution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, wwinbd is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by technical errors, connectivity issues, or interruptions to third-party services.
- Losses caused by a user's negligence or unauthorised use of an account.
- Any issues arising from the quality or speed of an internet connection.
- Delays or failures in the services of third-party payment providers.
- Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Under no circumstances will wwinbd's total liability exceed the total amount you actually deposited during the relevant 30-day period.
Account Closure and Termination
Closure at the User's Initiative
You can contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. All pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned before the account is closed.
Closure Initiated by the Company
wwinbd reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Fraud, deception, or bonus abuse.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Providing false identity information.
- Instructions from legal authorities.
Account Inactivity
An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — details will be communicated separately.
